How did you become a breathwork teacher and energy healer?
I came to study healing very organically. I got sober at 21 years old and over the years have built a practice that stems from my desire to grow and connect with the world around me.
Where did you go to school? What additional training have you done?I’ve been practicing breathwork for over a decade and took my first yoga teacher training in 2011 as a way to deepen my practice. Since then I have become certified in Reiki and Somatic Trauma Healing and at the encouragement of my teachers began teaching public classes and private students in Los Angeles in 2012. Teaching is such a gift and I love sharing practice with my community.
