HOW IT WORKS
Breathwork is about moving energy, so I’m going to teach you the practice, but also acknowledge how you are feeling & set intentions before we begin. I draw on my expertise in energy medicine, somatic trauma healing, and meditation to create a custom healing treatment with the use of aromatherapy, crystals, hands on healing, and sound therapy.
HOW IT FEELS
During a session you feel your body release energy it’s holding onto. I’m here as your guide, to help draw that energy out, encourage your healing, and ground you. The session will be led intuitively and I will create an environment that supports your highest potential.
HOW WE PROCESS
I always end a session with space for you to talk about what came up. But I want you to keep processing on your own, so that may include homework to express & integrate these thoughts & feelings, as actions in your daily life.
