our next sugar cleanse is just around the corner!

Our next 10 Day Sugar Cleanse is just a few weeks away! The first one went so well I am leading a second one this summer. Many of us eat too much processed sugar and feel overwhelmed at the idea of cutting it out of our diet completely. I totally understand. Not to worry, you will be eating some sugar on the cleanse! However, it will only come from whole foods. Our bodies need sugar to survive, what we don’t need are a bunch of refined sweets!


Some of the benefits to cleansing from processed sugar can include:

During this sugar cleanse you will learn tested tools for curbing your cravings and bringing your body into balance. Each morning you will receive an email from me with your assignment for the day. I work with clients on a holistic level. Some of our cleanse days will be food focused and others will be centered on lifestyle. You will learn first hand how connected all of this is to your overall health and ability to consume less sugar.

  • A video of me giving a break-down on why it is important to limit our sugar intake
  • Additional email support from me during the 10 days
