Breathwork Basics



**Please note that I am going on maternity in mid August through the end of 2018 and this course is self-directed. If you have questions about the practices or what is coming up for you, please read through the comment sections for each day of the course. The breath is the foundation of every mindfulness practice. It is the tool that’s always with us that we can access any time for calm, balance and presence of mind.

The Breathwork Basics workshop is designed to give you a foundation for learning about your breath and establishing a simple breathwork practice at home. Over the course of this self-directed five day workshop you will learn how to reduce stress and manage anxiety so that you can feel more present in your life. You will end the class with an understanding of how your breath impacts your life and an accessible practice routine that will support your self care and growth.

If you have been curious to try breathwork or already have some experience, this class will set you up with a foundation to practice on your own and give you tools for navigating everyday life.

No experience with breathwork is necessary.

How It Works

Once you register you will be sent one email with all of the course instructions within 48 hours. It will contain links  to private pages with each day’s practice. Within that page, you will find the practice audio file with easy to follow instructions.

You will be able to post comments and questions to the page, but please note Ashley will not be responding to comments or questions as she will be on maternity leave until the end of the year.

The comment section is a key tool in this class and a great way to build community and reach out for support.

You will need a notebook, pen and a secure wifi connection to complete this class.

It’s recommended that you set aside 30-40 minutes a day for this course.

This class is on-going from August 16th, 2018 until December 31st, 2018 and you will have access to the materials until December 31st, 2018. Once you are registered you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours with all of the course instructions.

This course is not a teacher training nor designed to be used to teach other people. The workshop is intended for personal use only.
