I came to study breathwork very organically. I got sober at 21 years old and over the years have built a practice that stems from my desire to grow and connect with the world around me.
I’ve been practicing breathwork for over a decade and took my first yoga teacher training in 2011 as a way to deepen my practice. Since then I have become certified in Reiki and Somatic Trauma Healing Touch. I am currently studying Somatic Trauma Therapy and Medical Intuition. I’ve been teaching public classes and private students in Los Angeles since 2012. These days I practice in Oakland, CA and online.

I would love to meet you but these days I don’t have enough time to meet up with everyone that reaches out in person. If you really want to meet me I suggest coming to one of my classes or public events listed on the offerings page. I would be happy to chat with you afterwards!
I am always looking for interns. If you are based in Los Angeles or the Bay Area and want to intern please email me a little about yourself, skill set and availability.
Yes, I love hearing from you, it really brightens my life. These days my life is very full and unfortunately I am unable to respond to every email I receive. Please know that I read all of your emails and am very grateful for them.
