Morning and afternoon nap with Solomon.
Leisurely meals.
Extended conversations.
Taking a moment when I’m stressed to feel the feeling underneath.
A stroll through the Redwoods.
That deep sigh that comes when my body connects to the trees.
Noticing my breath.
Listening to the wind.
Gently putting the clean clothes in the drawer.
Preparing for a conversation.
Writing out the words so I don’t get lost in the field of confusion.
Tuning into my deeper needs.
Making space for myself.
Saying the thing with as much clarity as possible.
Upleveling for the sake of my own integrity.
Watching Solomon crawl around the house.
Honoring how much rest my body requires these days.
