Private Breathwork Sessions

Ashley’s sessions include her signature blend of breathwork, body centered inquiry, and trauma informed somatic counseling. You will leave each session with accessible practices to integrate what you are learning into your life and to help you evolve between sessions.

Sessions are 60 minutes in length and take place via Zoom. Ashley’s practice is currently full until 2020. If you want to be added to her wait list please send an email below and someone from the team will be in touch when space becomes available.
