Breathwork Basics

The breath is the foundation of every mindfulness practice. It is the tool that’s always with us that we can access any time for calm, balance and presence of mind.

The Breathwork Basics workshop is designed to give you a foundation for learning about your breath and establishing a simple breathwork practice at home. Over the course of this five day workshop you will learn how to reduce stress and manage anxiety so that you can feel more present in your life. You will end the class with an understanding of how your breath impacts your life and an accessible practice routine that will support your self care and growth.

If you have been curious to try breathwork or already have some experience, this class will set you up with a foundation to practice on your own and give you tools for navigating everyday life.

No experience with breathwork is necessary.

How It Works

Each morning you will be sent an email with a link to a private page with the day’s practice. Within that page you will find the practice audio file with easy to follow instructions. You will be able to post comments and questions to the page. The comment section is a key tool in this class and a great way to build community and reach out for support.

You will need a notebook, pen and a secure wifi connection to complete this class.

It’s recommended that you set aside 30-40 minutes a day for this course.
