A Framework For Healing

Ashley’s unique methodology is a combination of trauma-informed modalities, woven together to create a safe, approachable and transformative framework for healing, built upon neurobiology and transpersonal and feminist psychology models.

Ashley has had the great privilege of helping many thousands of people with crippling anxiety, exhaustion, boundary setting, emotional regulation, grief, anger, overwhelm, and chronic stress.

Events

Ashley has been both a ceremony leader and class instructor at corporate events and private retreats, working with Verizon, in goop Health, Buzzfeed, and Parachute Home.

SPEAKING + Panel Talks

As a speaker, Ashley shares her belief that our deepest and most profound healing occurs when we learn to listen to our unique bodies with tenderness and in connection with each other.

Brand Partnerships

Ashley cares deeply about partnering with brands that share a similar ethos and mission. Previous partners include True Botanicals, Loom, Gaia Herbs, and CAP Beauty.

  • "Ashley was wonderful to work with. She was super responsive when I reached out to her about hosting a breath workshop for one of our Women's Leadership Development programs. The coordination from end to end was smooth and the workshop she provided was amazing. She is truly passionate about what she does and being able to share with everyone in our program was a huge honor. Would love to have her again for our future programs!"

RAISE YOUR HAND if you’re ready to stand up tall & take up space in this world.

RAISE YOUR HAND if you won’t let another day go by where you dishonor your calling by living in the past.

RAISE YOUR HAND if spirit is tugging on you to let go of judgements, take bigger risks, & let go of what people will think.

RAISE YOUR HAND if it’s time to release what holds you back & focus on what really matters to your spirit.

RAISE YOUR HAND if you’re ready to open your heart to the present moment, to nature, to endless beauty, to joy.

RAISE YOUR HAND if it’s time to lead & to share your light with the world.

Common Questions

Have a question about working with Ashley? Please review the questions below.

  • Yes! Ashley has facilitated private and corporate retreats from one day to several days. We can help you design a bespoke retreat for your group or team.

  • Each workshop group will receive a follow up email with a short list of resources and practical strategies for further learning.

  • The main difference between a class and a workshop is the format. A class is mostly an experiential experience with a short Q+A and is usually no longer than one hour. A workshop includes a presentation, experiential component, and conversations between myself and member of the group. Workshops start at ninety minutes and go up to two hours.

  • Virtual workshops start at ninety minutes and can go up to two hours. Most of our workshops welcome up to 100 participants but that depends on the topic. For topics that are more sensitive we suggest capping groups at 30 participants in order to create an inclusive and safe space for deeper reflection and engagement.

  • All of our workshops can be led in-person or online. The main difference between online learning and in-person workshops is the duration of each session. Virtual sessions tend to be shorter than in-person.

  • Ashley takes on a limited number of in-person jobs each year so the more lead time you can offer the better. We suggest a minimum of four months before the start of your date.

For virtual events or retreats timing is much more flexible. Please be sure to reach out with at least two months notice.
